System Advantages
SM6000 cement plant raw material and clinker batching control system is the third generation of raw material and clinker control system products independently developed by Sun Moon. The system adopts a distributed control mode, that is, decentralized control and centralized management. Distributed control means multi-CPU control, each CPU independently completes its specific work, and does not affect each other. Even if a control point in the whole system fails, it will not affect the normal operation of other control points, which realizes the decomposition of the danger of the whole system to a minimum. Centralized management means that the industrial control computer is responsible for coordinating multiple decentralized control CPUs to make them work normally under unified scheduling, and conducts patrol inspections on each decentralized control point to complete joint control, group control, alarm, statistics, management and other functions. It is precisely because the distributed control system has the above irreplaceable advantages, reliability and flexibility.
System composition
This system consists of SMC2000 quantitative electronic belt scale, imported variable frequency speed regulator, SM40-2000 series batching controller (i.e., lower computer), industrial control computer (i.e., upper computer), etc. The system is flexible in combination, easy to expand, and can be configured with up to 32 scale groups; it can realize one host to control one mill (group), two mills (groups), and three mills (groups). It is easy to install on site, simple to maintain and repair, and integrates strong power cabinet and computer control. The upper computer can be placed on the control site, or in the laboratory or production management office. The system uses industrial PC as the upper computer, with strong management functions and a very friendly user interface.
