SM39-DH01P HART protocol intelligent pressure transmitter is a high-precision, high-stability, multi-parameter, 4.5-digit LCD display intelligent pressure measurement product that complies with the HART protocol. 4. Appearance and structure

5. Electrical wiring

Open the back cover of the instrument (terminal side) to see the terminal. The power connection is shown in Figure 2: The left end 1+ (red) and 2- (black) are for sensor power supply and signal wiring, and terminal 3 is reserved. There is a toggle switch on the right side to control the battery power supply, and the upper terminal 4 is used to fix the signal line shielding line.

6. Instructions for use

6.1. All sensors are digitally calibrated, and different sensors are completely consistent and interchangeable.

6.2. During transportation, all sensor batteries are disconnected. When installing the pressure sensor on site, you need to unscrew the back cover, turn the switch to "on", and the LCD will display normally, indicating that the battery is successfully connected. Connect the sensor power supply and signal wiring to the left end 1+ (red) and 2- (black) on the 3-core terminal, install and tighten the back cover. Pay attention to tightening the sheath to prevent water leakage.

6.3. To install the pressure sensor on the pipeline, first close the needle valve where the sensor is installed; then wrap the raw tape around the sensor threaded joint; screw the sensor into the pipe joint; open the needle valve to confirm there is no leakage, and the installation is complete.
