Description
The SM36WD angular displacement sensor is designed for beam pumping well position feedback and angle detection. It is a high-performance wireless sensor product that integrates micro-power ZigBee & WIA-PA and other communications, inclination sensors, low-power single-chip microcomputers and other technologies. It is one of the important front-end acquisition equipment for the construction of digital oilfield oil and gas production Internet of Things. It measures the inclination angle of the beam pumping unit periodically and online synchronously with the SM34/35 series wireless load sensor, and transmits it remotely through the local wireless data communication network to achieve telemetry of the power diagram data that characterizes the working conditions of the pumping well.
The high reliability design adapted to the industrial environment, as well as the characteristics of high precision, simple installation, convenient maintenance, environmental protection and durability have won the recognition of users. Install
- Configure well name and well site configuration (to establish a local wireless data communication network with RTU).
- Professionals will install the sensor directly on the surface of the walking beam just above the walking beam bearing seat in the direction indicated by the "installation direction arrow". The "installation direction arrow" should point to the "donkey head" and be parallel to the walking beam.
- Use our company's supporting test software to immediately conduct a power diagram test at the well site. For specific methods, see the "SM Series Digital Wireless Sensor Operation Manual"
Precautions
- If the angular displacement sensor is not used for a long time, please disconnect the battery, or set the measurement type to deep sleep mode and restore it when using it.
- If any problem occurs during use of the product, please contact our technical service personnel in time; the sensor must not be disassembled by yourself, otherwise the warranty will be void!
- The battery pack used in this sensor is an explosion-proof certified product provided by our company. If you replace it with other battery packs not provided by our company, our company can no longer guarantee the explosion-proof performance of the product and will no longer be responsible for the risks and consequences!
