System composition
The system adopts a distributed control mode, which can realize the coexistence of three levels of control: computer centralized management control → independent control of batching controller → direct control of frequency converter, so as to prevent the production from being affected by the failure of batching management system. Thus, the stability and reliability of the whole system are guaranteed to the greatest extent. The main equipment part is mainly composed of powder distribution system, aggregate distribution system, aggregate belt, mixing device and finished material conveying and storage system. There is one set of powder distribution system and five sets of aggregate distribution system. In addition, there are water supply system, air supply equipment and feeding device.
Features
The whole system has full control functions such as automatic batching, continuous mixing, manual unloading and loading. The system also has manual control function and on-site machine-side safety control.
1. Aggregate batching: It can be composed of 4-6 frequency conversion speed regulation belt scales, and the SM40-2005 or SM40-2000Y belt scale controller can be used to control the frequency converter to adjust the feeding.
2. Powder batching: Use continuous loss-in-weight scale or electronic spiral scale for measurement, and the control instrument uses SM40-SG loss-in-weight scale controller. Loss-in-weight scale is a new type of quantitative feeding scale, which uses static measurement to achieve dynamic flow measurement, and its measurement accuracy is basically close to that of static scale.
3. Water addition control can be realized, the water addition is measured by the flow meter and adjusted by the set value.
4. The start-up sequence and delay time of each batching scale can be selected according to the process flow and equipment layout to ensure that the materials enter the mixer at the same time, reduce the mixing time and improve the mixing efficiency.
5. The host computer has the functions of process flow animation display and parameter modification.
6. The software has the functions of formula library management, historical data storage, automatic batch report, daily report, monthly report, annual report statistics and printing.
7. The host computer software sets two levels of password protection: operation password and important parameter modification password.
8.SM40-CW batching manager has batching start and stop timing control, scale group definition, recipe management, quantitative management, and micro printing management.
