Features

Generally, it can be placed in the aisle of the pig house (it can also be fixed in the testing room). The main test items are body weight, back fat, eye muscle and other physiological data. The weighing display is installed on the front side of the scale, and the B-ultrasound instrument is placed on the back side.

1. The ultra-low scale plate design with a height of only 50mm basically solves the problem of difficulty in driving pigs onto the scale.

2. Metal structures are used and will not rust in the harsh corrosive environment of the pig house.

3. The sensor is moved up to 700mm from the ground, which solves the erosion problem of pig manure and urine and can increase the life of the sensor.

4. The weighing meter has a built-in battery. It can be used for more than 24 hours after a single charge, eliminating the disadvantage of pulling the power cord during use.

5. Convenient and adjustable side restraint system. The distance between the side restraint plates can be adjusted between 200mm and 390mm, which can meet the change from small pigs to large pigs. During the detection process, the pig's range of movement is limited and no lateral bending occurs. The detection is accurate and efficient.

6. The instrument can be raised, lowered and turned to facilitate operators to watch.

7. The cable is protected by a metal hose, which can effectively prevent rodent damage.
