Application

The kitchen garbage truck weighing system is a weighing system product developed specifically for online garbage bin weighing of sanitation garbage trucks. It is suitable for side-mounted compression and rear-mounted compression sanitation garbage trucks. Product features: The weighing process does not require pauses, and weighing is achieved during the garbage hanging bucket lifting process; and the collected garbage weight and number of garbage bins can be automatically accumulated. The collected data is then sent to the cloud platform for management in real time.

Functional Description

1. Realize single/double barrel online weighing function;

2. There is no need to pause during the weighing process, and high-precision weighing can be achieved during the lifting process of the trash can;

3. Monitor the vehicle location in real time and upload it to the backend cloud management platform in real time;

4. After accessing the IoT platform, the following functions are achieved:

   1) Driving record: record and transmit the vehicle's running time, location, route and other data;

   2) Operation record: relevant data during vehicle operation, such as weight, driving speed, fuel volume, etc., can be uploaded to the backend server in real time;

   3) Query and statistics function: real-time clearance weight query, batch query, query statistics by conditions, etc. Vehicle driving record and video record query;

   4) Remote upgrade function of management system;
