Application

The system automatically batches the ingredients into the scale bucket according to the set formula requirements, then unloads them into the climbing bucket elevator, lifts them to the mixer, and directly unloads them into the finished product silo after mixing (mixing time and unloading time can be set according to the specific material formula), starts the packaging scale (manual bagging, automatic bag clamping, filling, loosening bags), manually assists in sealing, automatic conveying, and manual palletizing. This product is suitable for BB fertilizer, formula fertilizer, blended fertilizer homogenization batching, finished product batching, etc.
